André Jasinski

Born in Liège (Belgium), 1958.
Lives and works in Brussels

In 1989, he presents the exhibition Les Concessions du Hasard at the Museum of Photography, Charleroi, and at the Palais des Expositions, Nice. In 1991, he shows at Espace Photographique Contretype the serie Holzwege also shown at the 11th Encontros de Fotografia, Coimbra and at the Foundation Joan Miro in 1992 during the Primavera of Barcelona.

He also participates to various collective exhibitions such as La Photographie Belge at the Centre National de la Photographie, Paris (1991), A l'image de rien at the May of Photography in Reims (1991), Tradition and the Unpredictable at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston (1994), La Matière, l'Ombre, la Fiction at Gallery Colbert, Paris (1994).
